You can cancel in 1 click at any time before the 14 days are up, and nothing will be charged. Without cancellation, the subscription starts automatically on day 15.

Yes, you can switch from monthly to quarterly or annual (and vice versa) directly from your dashboard, in 2 clicks. Upgrading to a higher plan is immediate; downgrading takes effect at the next billing cycle.

None. The displayed price includes absolutely all features (prize wheel, CRM, Google reviews, AI, unlimited email campaigns up to 2000 sends/month, etc.). Only SMS is billed by usage (€0.07 excl. VAT per SMS sent), with a transparent counter in your dashboard.

Quarterly and annual plans are cancelled the same way, with no notice period: access stays open until the end of the period already paid for, and no renewal takes place afterwards.
